DAY 1: MY PERSONALITY

I have no idea if I have ever jumped on a challenge especially one that is a month long. I doubt my patience level is that top-notch. Moreover, I do not like putting myself out there. Let me just say I don't know myself enough. Funny as it may, but it's true.

All the same, I will be jumping on the 30 days writing challenge for November. November seems to be a good month already 🥳

Day 1: My Personality

I saw this and screamed, "Mobola, do you really want to do this?" Writing about my personality is a great challenge because I am always here and there. It is safe to say my personality is complex but I will try as much as possible to write something down.

To make things easy, I had to do some research about personality traits and I discovered that Mobola shares one or two features on the five available universal personality. Ridiculous, right?

Let's dive into it

OPENNESS

One of the characteristics of an open person that caught my attention is creativity. I am highly creative howbeit it is hard to find someone who serves as a good match. Trying new things or tackling new challenges depend on the stress level. I don't want headache.

CONSCIENTIOUSNESS

I'm highly conscientious. I won't doubt this at all. Give me an important task to do and I won't stop until I have completed it. Give me a deadline if you want to make it worse.

Sometimes, I really think this is a disadvantage because I envy people taking a break in-between work but my brain will not permit me. So far there is something to do, my brain is working on it even when I'm not infront of the screen. Talk more about having to take on more workload because of negligence on the part of some team members. I have had friends and family complain about this a lot but it's just who I am. I would rather finish an important task than run mad from worrying. Lol

The aspect of paying attention to details? My colleagues are tired of me. Only Mobola will see a full stop is missing or the toilet pipe is leaking or there's a change in structure in work pattern. However, I keep quiet sometimes.

EXTRAVERSION

It is really hard to say I am high or low in extraversion because I exhibit both features.

To some extent, I will say I am low in extraversion. There is this exhaustion when I have to attend social gatherings. Yes, I may be goofy when I get there at first but with time, I just want to disappear and enjoy my solitude. It doesn't mean I find it hard to make new friends. You see the aspect of talking, let's leave it for another day.

AGREEABLENESS

Did you just shout, "Mobola, this is you!" My personality tilts in this direction. I can say this describes me more. I'm highly agreeable. Although I've also learnt to put myself first and say no at times but it is what it is.

NEUROTICISM

Infact, I'm highly high on neuroticism. Beyond this hard guy, there is a cry baby. My anxiety level is made by Master anxiety itself. This is one of the reasons I stay away from social issues and avoid tragic news.
