IS MARRIAGE THE NEXT THING?
Barely two hours ago, I had put up a status on Whatsapp which reads "after school, what next?". This invariably sparked various responses from viewers. However, most responses were centered on "marriage" being the next option after school.
Now, the question is " Should marriage be the next thing after school, especially in this age and time?
I would really love to have your take on this matter. Kindly leave a reply in the comment section.
Thanks for reading.

ReplyDeleteWaka.
ReplyDelete😂 😂 😂
DeleteBoth of you replied at the same time.
DeleteI'm coming back, I will reply later. This topic too long. Hian
ReplyDeleteWell, if you're fit for marriage then go for it.
ReplyDeleteBut for some of us that our heads work like clock, there are grounds that still need breaking and we're still going to make waves
Basically, it's a no-no to marriage after school for you
DeleteYes... At least not immediately
DeleteI get your point.
DeleteIt depend on how u draw ur plans
ReplyDeleteTrue. One's plan for one's life goes a long way. But the responsibility that comes with the ring is something to think about twice.
DeleteMarriage boo, btw comman marry me boo
ReplyDeleteIf you're ready, why not? Lol
DeleteFor someone with a lot to achieve and explore.....I'd advise you hold on.
ReplyDeleteLife after school has no time table
ReplyDeleteWow. This is really insightful and basically deep. However, we still need to tailor our lives by making and executing our plans even though life after school presents us with no timetable. This is to avoid living a disorganized lifestyle.
DeleteThis is a very personal question. So I'll say, go for what you think matters to you most. If it is marriage, then so be it. But if you feel you have to spend some time developing yourself in other aspects of life before you think of marriage, face it. As for me, marriage never dey my to-do list o. Lol #MMBM
ReplyDeleteYou have a point. To me, I feel seeking for development is the key thing after school.
DeleteYea! That's why I said it's more of a personal decision. You and I opt for development you see but someone else might say marriage. Due to different reasons Sha. It's good to get married early in life but it becomes uncalled for if one is not well or at least to an extent sufficiently equiped for it.
DeleteSo much sense. Thanks for your contribution, Drey.
DeleteYou are welcome always
DeleteFor me personally, marriage is a no no after school. Though people have different views on things, after school, developing your adult life should be first as well as breaking new grounds
ReplyDeleteOh wow! Same thing Drey said. Thanks for sharing your view.
DeletePersonally, marriage is faaar from me. What's next is to make money and a name for myself. To promote my craft and fulfill my dreams.
ReplyDeleteSo you go by the saying "if it's not making money, it's not making sense".
DeleteLol na so o. Money must be made o... #MMBM
DeleteMarriage is faaaarrrrrr from me, it is like the last thing on the list of things I want to do with my life and it's crazy cause in africa there are so many expectations on marriage for the girl child. I need to blow first lol
ReplyDeleteThe expectations placed on marriage in Africa is so great. Little attention is given to self development after school. All what they want is someone rushing into marriage.
DeleteThanks for your contribution.
